My string!

I admit I stole this off another forum...it's just so...FUN! I just edited the title, a bit...

Okay. You need this piece of string. It is very important to you. It can have many different uses (make them up), but you must have that string. There is only one piece of this "special string" left, as the shop you are buying it from is closing down. There are others after this same piece of string, but by the end of the day it must be yours. We start with it sitting in the shop. (You must write in present tense, and "destroy" whoever last had the string so that you can claim it for yourself, using the words "MY STRING!!!" and the end of your post.)

I walk in and pick up the string.

(Also, you may refer to the string as a rope.)

I run in and snatch it off you, hiding myself in a secret basement, with all copies of the map to it, with no windows, doors, trapdoors, secret entrances, no keys, etc. I got in because I ran in the only door, ripped it off, and concreted it. The whole place is completely bomb, dynamite, hammer, ATTACK proof, and there is NO way in OR out, except for a smaaaaaall crack in the very thick cement for me to breathe.

I block the hole that you breathe through with a toilet plunger, and wait for you to hit the floor. I then stuff a stong metal rod through the hole, and somehow manage to crack your not-quite-set concrete. The whole wall falls down, I take the string, and run to a nearby tree. I climb the tree, and hide in the treehouse. I pull the tree's ladder up, and sit waiting with small explosives to throw at anyone who attempts to climb my tree...

MY STRING!!!

I steal Harry Potter's wand and "Accio!" the string into my hand! Then I go and hide, the details of which I will not say here, so you cannot find me.

I use the Marauder's map to find you, smack you in the head with a large book, and take off with the string.
