I stole this brain thought from another (totally awesome) forum...

You state something that you wish would happen, beginning the sentence with: I wish...

The next poster will grant your wish, before destroying it, before stating their wish, and so on...

I wish...I wasn't so tired.

No, first you grant the wish, then destroy it, THEN make a new wish.

I'll do yours, then.

You read Harry Potter, feeling the totally awesome sensation that you feel when you read it, but then you accidently get hit by a bus, forgetting all of it.
Swine flu is then found to have originated from Harry Potter books, and all of them get...disposed of.
You never get to read them, again.

I wish...I could brush my teeth right now.
